Construction Management
SOMA integrates and implements new strategies and technologies in the administration and management of construction processes in its building projects. The intention is to improve construction deadlines, investment sums and streamlining projects globally.
Its activities include planning and scheduling, project and human resource management, material logistics, finance, and many more.

Leasing
In order to continue enhancing our customers shopping experience, the SOMA Leasing team is constantly providing an optimal brand mix, assuring a complete product offer with contemporary, unique and novelty brands. Our main objective is to fulfill our customers high expectations and create memorable experiences. Working closely with the Operations and Marketing departments, we are constantly looking to improve our clients shopping journey for brands to achieve successful results.

Operations
Department responsible for the full and optimal functioning of commercial real estate, office developments, hotels and mixed-used buildings of SOMA. This is a broad field that encompasses the administration, distribution of resources, property maintenance, supervision of Marketing plans, the relationship with brands and suppliers, and representing, negotiating and intervening in strategic decisions that concern the board of each building. The team also thrives to maximize the brand expression through space optimization.
This is the primary point of contact for any new concept, brand or services matching the customer’s needs and wants.

Financing
Department responsible for making well-informed and conscientious decisions on the economic values of the company. It documents, prepares and analyzes all company movements and transactions in order to make strategic decisions about financing, investment, treasury, accounting and administration relating to the company. This area also attends to and fosters good relationships with our investors.

Design Management
SOMA’s Design Management team orchestrates and oversees every detail of development projects to ensure that properties are completed to the highest standards of quality. Our efforts include the following:
-Securing and reviewing technical, urban and economic feasibility studies
-Preparation of design build documents, financial packages, and project delivery schedules
-Oversight of all consultants involved throughout all phases of the project in coordination with the Construction Management team to ensure the economic viability of the project
-Coordination of the engineering firms, architects, interior designers, and others involved in the design to guarantee proper delivery in terms of content and deadlines
-Monitoring the quality of design in accordance with the firm's standards.

Sales
The residential sales department aims to create a seamlessly efficient, transparent, and enjoyable experience for buyers of units at our residential properties. Directed by Daniel Baños Reynaud, our team manages every aspect of the process from marketing and promotion of our properties to providing personal attention throughout the closing of each sale transaction.
