Department responsible for the full and optimal functioning of commercial real estate, office developments, hotels and mixed-used buildings of SOMA. This is a broad field that encompasses the administration, distribution of resources, property maintenance, supervision of Marketing plans, the relationship with brands and suppliers, and representing, negotiating and intervening in strategic decisions that concern the board of each building. The team also thrives to maximize the brand expression through space optimization.
This is the primary point of contact for any new concept, brand or services matching the customer’s needs and wants.
Department responsible for making well-informed and conscientious decisions on the economic values of the company. It documents, prepares and analyzes all company movements and transactions in order to make strategic decisions about financing, investment, treasury, accounting and administration relating to the company. This area also attends to and fosters good relationships with our investors.
SOMA’s Design Management team of local and international professionals orchestrates and oversees every detail of the design process for our Development Projects to ensure that properties are delivered at the highest standards of quality and functionality.
Our efforts begin at project inception with the review of technical, urban, and economic feasibility studies, then progresses with preparation of design documents, financial and licensing packages, and a project delivery schedule for coordination with the development group.
Our team’s responsibilities during the design process include coordination of engineering firms, architects, interior designers, and others involved in the overall design to guarantee proper delivery in terms of content, constructability, cost efficiency and submission deadlines
Throughout all phases of each project, the Design Management team coordinates closely with the Construction Management team to ensure total project success.
The residential sales department aims to create a seamlessly efficient, transparent, and enjoyable experience for buyers of units at our residential properties. Directed by Daniel Baños Reynaud, our team manages every aspect of the process from marketing and promotion of our properties to providing personal attention throughout the closing of each sale transaction.
