Provide assistance and guidance to visitors to ensure the proper, orderly, and safe use of the Antara Mexico City Slides, while promoting a positive visitor experience and contributing to the smooth operation of the installation.

Who we are looking for 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical or university studies in progress in areas related to customer service, tourism, culture, hospitality, or related fields.
• Fluent Spanish.
• Basic English proficiency for assisting visitors.
• Experience in customer service, visitor services, events, cultural or recreational venues, or similar environments.
• Experience in roles involving direct interaction with and guidance of the public.
• Strong visitor service and assistance skills.
• Ability to communicate instructions clearly and courteously.

Responsibilities

• Assist visitors and provide clear instructions for the proper use of the slides, helping ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Distribute and manage the sacks used for the slides, while clearly communicating the corresponding recommendations and safety guidelines to visitors.
• Identify and report any irregularities, hazards, or issues related to the safety of the slides and visitors.
• Promptly inform the Operations team of any issues or maintenance needs related to the installation.
• Manage and organize visitor flow and capacity at the entrance to the slides, helping ensure orderly and safe use of the attraction.
