With a vision of change and located on a 45,000 m2 plot in the Juárez neighborhood, an area with high historical value, Reforma Colón seeks to create a comprehensive mixed-use district, and be a catalyst for urban transformation. Its strategic location allows it to function as a key connector between the Juárez neighborhood, the Roma-Condesa corridor and the Historic Center of Mexico City, through the redevelopment of streets and the consolidation of pedestrian axes that connect it with the Zócalo and Bellas Artes.

The commercial area is organized as an open and permeable square, with four levels of premises, restaurants, cafes and cultural spaces, integrating restored historic buildings. The streets of Abraham González and Atenas are consolidated as pedestrian axes that articulate the different phases of the project and reinforce its urban character.
With anchor brands, and the incorporation of luxury retail, the project is positioned as a long-term urban asset, with high potential for appreciation and a significant impact on the regeneration of the city center.
