This development of mixed uses integrates high-level residences and hospitality and is located next to the Hyatt Regency hotel, opposite the National Auditorium, in one of the most emblematic points of the city. With a height of 144 meters, it offers unique panoramas of the capital, prioritizing urban permeability and pedestrian integration with its context.

The architectural program incorporates complementary amenities and uses on the lower levels. The hotel will have 155 rooms distributed between levels 6 and 18. On the other hand, the 22 residences, of approximately 400 sqm interior plus 90 sqm terrace, are located between levels 19 and 29. The development is crowned with a 900 sqm interior penthouse plus 190 sqm terrace, offering private access, security and concierge service.

The design and materials selected for the aluminum façades in the tower help to consolidate its presence and to present it as a new landmark of the area. The entire project seeks to positively impact its surroundings also in environmental terms, and it is, for this reason that it will have LEED Gold certification for its efficient energy consumption, minimum emissions and resource optimization.
