Since its beginnings it has been recognized as the leading shopping center in Veracruz, offering a wide selection of brands and a comprehensive experience that combines retail, entertainment and services in a differentiated environment. With 73 retail spaces, it has become a key destination for residents and visitors alike, with strong foundations supporting its strategic relevance and long-term sustainable performance potential.

In a second stage of development, 44 new commercial spaces were incorporated, expanding their offer of brands, restaurants and services, as well as adding El Palacio de Hierro as an anchor store.

The shopping center is based on a “U” shaped promenade that integrates high-quality open spaces, a consolidated gastronomic and entertainment offer, as well as terraces and open areas overlooking the sea. The incorporation of unprecedented brands in the state has allowed the consolidation of Andamar as an urban icon and a catalyst for investment, tourism, and employment.

Today, Andamar offers a differentiated commercial proposal that combines retail, gastronomy, entertainment and services in a unique environment facing the sea. Its careful selection of brands, the quality of its spaces and a comprehensive experience consolidate it as one of the most important commercial destinations in southeastern Mexico.
