Park Hyatt Mexico City continues to take shape. Located directly across from Chapultepec Park, the project combines hospitality, architecture, and residential design in a single vertical destination.

Developed by SOMA and designed by Sordo Madaleno, the building will house 155 hotel rooms from levels 6 to 18, all with private terraces and high-end finishes. Above, 22 private residences of approximately 400 sqm each, plus 90 sqm terraces, will offer full access to hotel services. A 900 sqm penthouse, with a 190 sqm terrace, private elevator, concierge, and dedicated security, will crown the top floor.

Construction is progressing steadily. Facade elements are in development, and interiors are being refined through detailed design. The design includes a show kitchen with blue and gold finishes, a spa with personalized treatments, a gym overlooking the skyline, and a pool inspired by eclectic art deco featuring marble, soft fabrics, and sculptural lines.
Dining and social spaces include a specialty restaurant, open kitchen, espresso bar made of oak and emerald stone, lounge, and outdoor veranda, all shared by guests and residents.

Expected soon, Park Hyatt Mexico City will introduce a new vision of luxury, privacy, and architectural elegance in the heart of the city.
