Javier Sordo Madaleno was invited by the ADI to present a lecture on the impact of his projects in the region.

“Architecture as an Engine of Development” was the title of the lecture presented by Javier Sordo Madaleno to attendees of “The Real Estate Show 2016.”

The architect presented the evolutionary development of his mixed-use projects over time, and how they have led to real estate growth in their immediate surroundings. He discussed three completed projects: the three phases of Antara, Andares in Guadalajara (together with Corporativo Andares and Hyatt Guadalajara which are currently under construction), and Parque Toreo in the State of Mexico.

Subsequently, he presented three of the projects currently in the development phase by SOMA. These are: ARTZ Pedregal (under construction) in the south of Mexico City, C.C. León in the city of León, Guanajuato, and finally the major mixed-use project Reforma Colón, located in the heart of Mexico City.
