Next November SOMA will receive an award in the Americas edition of the 2020-2021 Property Awards within the Architecture – Mixed-Use category.

The Property Awards celebrate and recognize excellence in the real estate and architecture industry around the world. In the 2020-2021 regional edition for America, SOMA wins in the “Mixed-Use Architecture” category with ARTZ Pedregal.

The digital awards event will be held on November 10, where the winning projects in the categories “Architecture,” “Development,” “Interior Design,” and “Real Estate” will be announced
