Inspired by the essence of a traditional local village, this project redefines retail and lifestyle through an authentic connection to place and people.

Ánima Village offers over 84 elevated brands, carefully curated to meet the expectations of a sophisticated audience. The retail experience is designed as a human-centered journey, where every avenue invites exploration and discovery in a setting of rich textures and natural materials such as Moka Rosal marble, San José stone, terracotta strips, and Red Grandis eucalyptus wood.

Ánima Village’s architecture, designed by Sordo Madaleno, responds to the natural topography of Cabo Del Sol. The buildings rise and fall in volumes ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters, creating a dynamic rhythm reminiscent of a coastal village. This stepped geometry not only frames shifting views of the landscape but also incorporates passive climate strategies — terraces open to public plazas, while shadows and landscaping provide comfort and shade, encouraging visitors to pause and enjoy the environment.

Art and culture are central to Ánima Village’s identity. The project features Arte Abierto, a dedicated gallery space that hosts rotating exhibitions, permanent installations throughout public areas, and an active cultural program. This initiative invites visitors to engage directly with the creative process, making them part of the ongoing artistic narrative.
