Receptionist

Who we are looking for 

  • Bachelor’s degree (in progress)
  • Major in Administration, Tourism, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • English proficiency
  • 1–2 years of experience in reception or customer service
  • Experience handling a switchboard
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of service protocols
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Service-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming calls via the switchboard
  • Welcome and register visitors, clients, and suppliers
  • Manage physical access control and visitor logs
  • Handle mail and courier services
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments
  • Coordinate and manage meeting rooms
  • Oversee reception areas (order, cleanliness, and overall presentation)
  • Attend to visitors (offer seating, beverages, and guidance)
  • Route emails and requests to the appropriate departments
  • Handle confidential information appropriately
  • Ensure compliance with phone and in-person service protocols
