Receptionist
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree (in progress)
- Major in Administration, Tourism, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- English proficiency
- 1–2 years of experience in reception or customer service
- Experience handling a switchboard
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of service protocols
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Responsible and reliable
- Service-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming calls via the switchboard
- Welcome and register visitors, clients, and suppliers
- Manage physical access control and visitor logs
- Handle mail and courier services
- Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments
- Coordinate and manage meeting rooms
- Oversee reception areas (order, cleanliness, and overall presentation)
- Attend to visitors (offer seating, beverages, and guidance)
- Route emails and requests to the appropriate departments
- Handle confidential information appropriately
- Ensure compliance with phone and in-person service protocols
