Hotel Asset Manager

We are currently looking for a Hotel Asset Manager to join the SOMA Team

+5 years of experience managing hotel assets or as general manager of high prestige hotels.
Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, Tourism or related.
Advanced and fluent English (written and spoken)
Development and management of cash flow
Risk mitigation of new investments
Sales and commercial strategies
Budget review, approval and follow-up
Review P&L
Review and support sales and marketing strategy.
Hotel support on operational issues of rooms, purchase of supplies, etc.
Implementation, review and management of performance indicators.
