Who we are looking for 

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• Background in real estate projects, construction, and/or project finance
• English (Advanced)
• 2–5 years of experience in project monitoring, supervision, or project controls

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical and financial due diligence
• Prepare periodic project monitoring reports
• Review and analyze financial models and investment cash flows
• Track construction schedules and project timelines.

• Monitor investment and construction budgets
• Assess overall project risks
• Perform technical-administrative review of project documentation
• Validate physical progress on-site
• Verify compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Budget control
• Financial model evaluation
• Construction scheduling (MS Project or similar)
• Real estate financing regulations and standards
