Residential Marketing Coordinator
Profile Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communications
•2–3 years of experience in marketing and design for high-end brands
•Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken — essential)
•Experience in the luxury sector, particularly in branding and visual design
•Advanced skills in tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
•Knowledge of digital content creation and web design
•Ability to work with digital marketing metrics, strategy optimization, and engagement analysis
•Strong creativity and attention to detail, with a refined aesthetic aligned with luxury brands
•Proactive and capable of managing projects independently and efficiently
•Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks effectively
•Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
•Customer-oriented mindset, with a deep understanding of the luxury audience
•Team player with strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
Responsibilities:
•Design and creation of visual marketing materials, such as brochures, pricing sheets, presentations, and other collateral
•Support in the design and maintenance of websites, ensuring a cohesive and high-end brand experience
•Development, distribution, and performance tracking of newsletters and other email campaigns
•Design of branded graphic content, visuals, and other assets aligned with the brand’s identity
•Writing and editing content in both English and Spanish
