We are currently looking for a New Business Associate responsible for the financial modeling and project valuation, budget control and approval, project follow-up from inception to operations, securing equity and financing for the project’s construction, and the review of legal and tax documentation for project set-up. Update impact evaluation on investment returns and negotiation with investors and banks.

• Business degree preferred, Business Administration, Finance or alike
• 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate, PE/VC, banking, finance
• Advance use of Excel
• Financial Analysis
