We are currently looking for a Real Estate Development Associate responsible for the financial modeling and project valuation, budget control and approval, project follow-up from inception to operations, securing equity and financing for the project’s construction, and the review of legal and tax documentation for project set-up.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in Real Estate, PE/VC, banking, finance
• Advance use of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• High problem-solving skills
• Proficient in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication)
